Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each interaction, embodying the vision and values of the Maison.

  • Deliver excellence in operations, including aftersales, visual merchandising, and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or events at the highest levels.

Skills

Confidence, organization, and efficiency with great attention to detail. Result and action-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Supportive team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, and competitors. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Experience

Candidates must have prior experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or events, demonstrating an ability to operate at the highest levels of service and client interaction.
