Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets by effectively showcasing Vhernier's unique jewelry pieces.
  • Develop and maintain a robust network of loyal clients through personalized service and relationship building.
  • Participate in social functions and in-store events to generate new leads and engage with existing clients.
  • Contribute to the boutique's visual appeal by setting up and maintaining window and in-store displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their purchasing journey and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient store environment.
  • Educate clients about the quality, standards, and artistry of Vhernier's products.
  • Ensure the boutique consistently meets high aesthetic standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in selling fine jewelry or high-end luxury goods is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in clienteling.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Resilience, composure, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, earning their trust and respect.

Experience
