Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Vhernier, delivering a unique client experience and fostering trusted client relationships.
  • Contribute to achieving boutique sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with stock management, including processing, replenishing merchandise, and participating in inventory processes.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient completion of sales transactions and maintain proper cash records.
  • Maintain awareness of product knowledge and master brand sales techniques.
  • Uphold boutique tidiness and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, services, or hospitality.

Skills

Fluency in English; additional language skills in Arabic, Russian, or Chinese preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confidence in handling high-value transactions. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.

Experience

2 to 5 years of previous experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environment.
