Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the procurement function, engaging with key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement local procurement strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Implement procurement tools and best practices while ensuring compliance with ethical standards and codes of conduct.
- Train, coach, and support stakeholders in procurement processes.
- Track and report on procurement performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Manage preferred supplier relationships and lead major tenders and negotiations.
- Support inventory tracking and control, including participation in inventory counts.
- Oversee general services activities such as travel, shipment, and facility operations.
- Manage the company car fleet, including procurement, maintenance, and assignment.
- Supervise and maintain the company approval matrix and supplier data in collaboration with group functions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in sourcing and procurement, ideally in international and matrix environments.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in sourcing and procurement, preferably within international and matrix settings.
