Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the UK Retail Director in building customer loyalty and leading the sales team to optimize turnover and ensure store profitability.
  • Act as the operational and managerial lead in the absence of the UK Retail Director.
  • Develop sales by fostering customer loyalty and ensuring adherence to business practices.
  • Guarantee an exceptional customer experience and uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Contribute to product presentation and development, handling customer disputes and special orders.
  • Manage the team to ensure smooth store operations and achievement of objectives.
  • Ensure the safety of personnel and property, establish a positive work atmosphere, and set performance objectives.
  • Develop and train team members, manage schedules, and propose initiatives to promote the brand locally.
  • Oversee financial, administrative, and audit management of the store, including supervising cash transactions and stock control.
  • Analyze commercial and financial indicators, write weekly reports, and participate in business plan development.

Qualifications

  • Strong management experience in luxury retail.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
