Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Managing Director in establishing and expanding the Vhernier brand in the APAC region, excluding Japan.
  • Oversee the construction and opening of new boutiques, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Coordinate marketing and press activities, including organizing customer events, trunk shows, and PR events.
  • Manage commercial activities such as order taking, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Act as the primary liaison for boutiques and wholesale partners, ensuring seamless communication and operations.
  • Collaborate with headquarters on visual merchandising and point-of-sale materials, managing logistics across all channels.
  • Support the integration of Vhernier into the Richemont APAC platform, including SAP system integration.
  • Assist with executive tasks, including travel planning and preparation of presentations and reports.

Qualifications

  • University degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in international companies, ideally having completed a management trainee program.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a structured working style. Proactive and creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Digital savviness and a keen sense of luxury. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international context, preferably in the luxury sector.

Education

University degree required.
