Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of office facilities, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
- Coordinate vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
- Manage space planning and office layout to optimize efficiency.
- Supervise procurement of office supplies, equipment, and furniture within budget constraints.
- Implement and monitor energy-saving and sustainable practices.
- Develop and update health and safety policies in compliance with local and Group regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.
- Train employees on health and safety procedures, emergency response, and first aid protocols.
- Manage emergency preparedness plans, including fire drills and evacuation plans.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
- Lead a team of facilities and safety staff, providing guidance and performance management.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure a seamless and safe working environment.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to facilities and health and safety.
- Develop and manage budgets for building services and safety programs.
- Prepare and present reports on facility operations and health and safety metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Health and Safety Management.

Robust experience in facilities management and/or health and safety roles.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
