Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering a unique client experience and fostering trusted relationships.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Master the sales process, from welcoming clients to closing sales and developing client relationships.
  • Manage stock and visual merchandising, ensuring compliance with guidelines and maintaining boutique aesthetics.
  • Execute boutique operations, including cash management and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and utilize advanced sales techniques.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty through targeted CRM actions.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred.

Skills

Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Italian is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Confidence in handling high-value transactions. Strong understanding of customer service and priorities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask with precision. Self-starter with a team-player approach.

Experience

A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality environments.

Education

College degree preferred.
