Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to enhancing the brand's market reputation through external networking and client events.
  • Monitor local business environments and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Initiate boutique events and partnerships to increase sales and customer traffic.
  • Drive CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
  • Develop and maintain individual client relationships and expand the VIC database.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets aligned with brand objectives.
  • Implement and monitor action plans to meet boutique sales goals.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership and set performance targets with relevant KPIs.
  • Manage boutique operations in compliance with brand and group policies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring brand image integrity and adherence to Maison values.
  • Recruit and develop a talent pipeline for the boutique.
  • Foster positive team relationships and address individual team member needs.
  • Identify training needs and develop tailored development plans for team members.
  • Coach, train, and motivate the team, fostering a cohesive team spirit.
  • Drive performance management to exceed KPIs and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years' experience in boutique management within globally recognized luxury brands.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Residency in Los Angeles with expertise in the Beverly Hills community.
