Vhernier seeks a Boutique Manager in Dubai, UAE, to lead and optimize boutique performance, ensuring excellence in operations and client service. Ideal candidates will have 10 years of luxury retail experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets for the boutique.
  • Implement and supervise the boutique sales strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with brand policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs.
  • Oversee boutique maintenance and operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at meetings and events.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty.
  • Manage the boutique's CRM program effectively.
  • Hire, lead, and advise the boutique team on projects and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking.
  • Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
  • Preferably a qualification in gemology.

Skills

Managerial skills with a proactive approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to delegate tasks and ensure execution. Comfortable dealing with VIP clients. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Italian is a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in retail, with a focus on luxury jewelry or watchmaking.

Education

Bachelor's degree.
