Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, verify, and analyze social data across HR systems.
  • Respond to surveys and conduct ad-hoc statistical studies.
  • Participate in payroll management.
  • Audit data in various tools to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Update organizational tables and roles in payroll and Core HR software.
  • Assign access to payroll and time management software according to procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation in indicator calculations and method sustainability.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly data reports.
  • Conduct specific studies on professional equality and other indicators.
  • Contribute to the preparation of mandatory documents such as social audits and equality reports.
  • Support payroll budget preparation by entering and verifying individual data.
  • Assist in formatting and verifying budget analysis tables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources with a specialization in social management control or C&B, or a generalist with a strong affinity for numbers and information systems.
  • Fluency in French and English.
