Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for internal and external guests as well as staff meals under the guidance of the Head Chefs.
- Contribute to the development of new recipes.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness of work areas.
- Organize workstations and manage time effectively while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Uphold the standards of a gastronomic restaurant in terms of appearance, punctuality, and discipline.
Qualifications
- Hotel or culinary training (Professional Baccalaureate or equivalent) with a luxury focus.
- Initial experience in fine dining is required.
- Basic knowledge of English is advantageous.
