Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris seeks a Web Project Assistant (Alternance) to support digital projects across e‑commerce, content and web operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Web Project Manager in planning, tracking and delivery of digital projects across e‑commerce, corporate and editorial sites.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, CRM, creative studio, IT, retail) to gather requirements, validate content and align timelines.
  • Draft functional specifications and user stories; assist in acceptance testing (UAT) and report/log issues until resolution.
  • Manage content updates and site publications via the CMS, ensuring quality, brand consistency and SEO best practices.
  • Monitor project timelines, prepare status reports and dashboards, and escalate risks or delays to the project lead.
  • Liaise with external vendors and development teams for implementation, QA and deployment activities.
  • Support measurement and analysis of digital KPIs using analytics tools and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Digital Project Management, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship track).
  • Strong organisational and written communication skills with the ability to synthesise technical and business requirements.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing, QA and content validation.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with web terminology (HTML, CSS, CMS workflows).

Skills

Content Management Systems (CMS) — experience with content publication workflows HTML / CSS (practical familiarity) Google Analytics (or equivalent web analytics) JIRA, Trello or similar project management/task tracking tools Microsoft Excel Adobe Creative Suite (basic — Photoshop/Illustrator) for asset checks

Experience

Previous internships or coursework involving web projects, digital marketing, e‑commerce or IT projects is preferred. Demonstrated exposure to content publication, UAT processes or vendor coordination is advantageous.

Education

Enrolled in a relevant higher‑education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with an alternance/apprenticeship arrangement.
