Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Training Assistant (Internship) in Paris to support retail training, content and LMS administration across boutiques.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Training & Expertise team in the preparation, delivery and follow-up of in‑store and remote training programmes for boutique staff.
  • Assist in the creation and localization of training content and learning aids (presentations, role‑plays, knowledge checks, visual supports).
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, e‑learning rollouts and specialist sessions with internal trainers and external partners.
  • Maintain and update training calendars, participant lists and attendance records; ensure timely communication with boutiques and regional teams.
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS): upload courses, track completions and extract basic participation reports.
  • Collect trainee feedback and support the compilation of post‑training evaluations and KPI dashboards.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the team, including meeting preparation, minute taking and vendor liaison.
  • Contribute to specific projects such as product knowledge campaigns, certification processes and pilot learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Business, Luxury Management, Communication or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and strict timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional presentation appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Customer‑centric mindset and sensitivity to luxury brand standards and client experience.
  • Discretion and respect for confidential business information.
  • Flexible and proactive approach, comfortable working with cross‑functional and international teams.

Skills

Microsoft PowerPoint Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration Zoom or Microsoft Teams Basic reporting and data extraction for KPI tracking

Experience

Exposure to retail, customer‑facing or HR/training environments is preferred; prior internships within luxury retail or hospitality are an asset but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Luxury Management, Communication or a related field.
