Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Timepiece Product Manager in the end‑to‑end management of watch collections, from concept through commercialisation.
  • Prepare and maintain product documentation, technical specifications and assortment plans for seasonal launches and permanent collections.
  • Coordinate pricing, costing and margin analysis in conjunction with finance and commercial teams to optimise SKU assortment.
  • Liaise with design, production ateliers and external suppliers to track development timelines, quality checkpoints and delivery schedules.
  • Analyse sales performance and inventory KPIs to inform replenishment, markdowns and allocation decisions across channels.
  • Provide product training and commercial tools for boutique teams and wholesale partners, and produce point‑of‑sale materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and retail operations on launch rollouts, visual merchandising directives and promotional calendars.
  • Serve as day‑to‑day contact for after‑sales and warranty queries related to product specifications and part availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Horology or equivalent professional experience.
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical and quartz watchmaking; horology training or certification preferred.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage SKU complexity and margin analysis.
  • Excellent organisational skills with experience coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • High standards of quality control and attention to detail consistent with luxury manufacturing.
