Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute procurement and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal stock levels across boutiques, ateliers and distribution channels.
  • Prepare demand forecasts and inventory plans in collaboration with merchandising, retail and production teams; set safety stock and replenishment rules.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms and coordinate sourcing for components, consumables and finished goods.
  • Oversee inbound logistics, import/export operations and customs compliance to guarantee timely deliveries and regulatory conformity.
  • Monitor inventory KPIs (turnover, stock accuracy, ageing) and lead cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize lead-times, reduce costs and improve service levels; implement process standardization.
  • Ensure ERP data integrity for material master, purchase orders and stock movements; collaborate with IT on system enhancements.
  • Lead, coach and allocate work for the supply team; liaise with finance to manage budgets and cost reporting.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in procurement, supply planning or inventory management within luxury goods, retail or manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage complex vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using inventory metrics and forecasting methods to drive decisions.
  • Knowledge of international logistics and customs procedures, including import/export documentation.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and controlling supply chain KPIs.
  • Leadership skills with experience supervising teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and aptitude for maintaining high data quality.

Experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
