Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation and adaptation of editorial content for owned social channels, ensuring a cohesive voice and visual consistency with maison guidelines.
- Draft captions, adapt copy and propose creative concepts for short-form and long-form social storytelling.
- Assist in day-to-day community management: monitor comments and messages, escalate enquiries, and maintain tone of voice and client confidentiality.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms; coordinate content calendars with product, PR and store teams.
- Contribute to campaign execution and influencer/partnership coordination under the guidance of the social media manager.
- Compile social performance reports and basic analytics (engagement, reach, cadence) to inform content optimisation.
- Maintain and organise digital asset libraries and production briefs; assist on small shoots or content production sessions as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in communications, marketing, digital media, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written communication skills and a refined editorial sensibility; strong attention to grammar and nuance.
- Keen interest in luxury goods, craftsmanship and cultural storytelling, with an understanding of the expectations of high‑end clientele.
- High level of discretion, professionalism and the ability to represent a prestigious maison in all client‑facing communications.
- Organised, proactive and able to work within tight timelines and cross‑functional workflows.
Skills
Experience
Previous internships, coursework or personal projects in social media, digital communications or content creation are preferred; a portfolio or links to published social content is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a closely related field.
