Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition, repeat business and high-value conversions.
  • Develop and maintain a curated client portfolio via personalised clienteling, follow-up, and bespoke service.
  • Deliver exemplary in-store hospitality and product presentation consistent with brand standards and haute-joaillerie positioning.
  • Coach and mentor junior advisors on sales technique, client approach and boutique standards; act as a role model on the shop floor.
  • Collaborate with boutique management to implement merchandising, visual presentation and inventory control measures.
  • Coordinate client appointments, private viewings and special events; liaise with after‑sales and regional teams for client requests.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and POS systems; ensure confidentiality and data protection for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales, preferably within high jewelry or premium watchmaking.
  • Demonstrable ability to build and sustain long-term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting KPIs and closing high-value transactions.
  • Professional presentation, impeccable interpersonal skills and discretion.
  • Fluency in Korean is expected; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
  • Availability to work boutique hours, including weekends and evenings, and to travel occasionally for client appointments or events.

Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or high‑jewellery sales, with documented success in client development and meeting sales targets.
