Van Cleef & Arpels in Busan seeks a Senior Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain high-value client relationships through proactive outreach, personalised clienteling and attention to after-sales service.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets while managing the sales process for high-value jewellery and timepieces with discretion and accuracy.
- Demonstrate exhaustive product knowledge, communicate product provenance and craft narrative to clients, and advise on bespoke services and custom requests.
- Execute in-store visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays reflect seasonal campaigns and brand presentation guidelines.
- Operate boutique point-of-sale systems, process high-value transactions securely and maintain accurate records of stock movements and client interactions in the CRM.
- Support inventory control, receiving, and reconciliation procedures while safeguarding merchandise in accordance with loss-prevention protocols.
- Mentor and coach junior sales staff, contributing to a collegial boutique environment and supporting operational coverage as required (opening/closing, shift supervision).
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury jewellery or high-end fashion retail, with consistent achievement against individual sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with refined discretion when serving high‑net‑worth clientele and handling confidential information.
- Strong commercial acumen, numeracy for high-value transactions and familiarity with POS and CRM workflows.
- Impeccable presentation and professional demeanour aligned with the maison’s standards.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays; readiness to support boutique events and private appointments.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3–5+ years of direct experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within haute joaillerie or premium watchmaking, with demonstrable success in cultivating repeat, high‑value clients.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary studies in retail, hospitality, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
