Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Senior Regional Retail Operations & Performance Executive, APAC based in Hong Kong to lead retail operations and performance across the region.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and harmonize retail operations across the APAC region, ensuring consistent implementation of global SOPs, visual standards and client experience protocols.
  • Drive commercial performance by defining regional KPIs, monitoring sales trends and implementing action plans to achieve budget and margin objectives.
  • Oversee store-level P&L analysis, inventory control, allocation and replenishment processes to optimize sell-through and minimize stock risk.
  • Design and deliver performance reporting and executive dashboards for regional leadership, translating data into operational and commercial recommendations.
  • Manage cross-functional projects including store openings, relocations, refurbishments and promotional roll-outs in close collaboration with retail, visual merchandising, HR and supply chain teams.
  • Coach and develop boutique managers and area teams on operational excellence, selling standards and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, brand protection policies and local regulatory requirements across markets.
  • Act as regional liaison between corporate headquarters and country teams to align strategy, share best practices and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, hospitality or related field; advanced degree or luxury management certification preferred.
  • Proven leadership capability with strong stakeholder management across markets and functions.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience translating data into actionable plans to drive sales and margins.
  • High level of organizational maturity and experience managing multi-market projects and change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a multicultural, multi-jurisdictional environment.

Experience

Typically 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in luxury retail operations, with several years in a regional or multi-market role, ideally within premium jewellery, watches or fashion houses.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree or specialized diploma in luxury brand management, retail management or business administration preferred.
