Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects focused on organizational architecture, process optimisation and performance measurement across commercial and operational functions.
  • Define target operating models, governance frameworks and role architectures to support strategic objectives and scalability.
  • Design and implement KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder groups (operations, retail, finance, IT, HR) to ensure alignment, change adoption and timely delivery.
  • Develop project plans, risk registers and resource forecasts; monitor progress, budget and benefits realisation.
  • Facilitate workshops, conduct diagnostic analyses (process mapping, value‑chain assessment) and produce executive‑level recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in business, engineering, management consulting or a related discipline (Master’s level preferred).
  • Proven expertise in organisational design, operating model definition and process reengineering within complex or matrixed organisations.
  • Strong project management credentials; certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable ability to translate strategy into operational metrics and governance mechanisms.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels; experience working with executive committees.
  • Professional fluency in French and English preferred; high level of business writing and presentation capability.
