Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive strategic marketing and business development initiatives for High Jewellery collections, aligning commercial objectives with maison positioning.
  • Lead end‑to‑end project management for launches, boutique activations, client events and special collaborations; set timelines, milestones and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (product development, communications, retail, CRM, visual merchandising, legal, finance) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Select and manage external partners and agencies; negotiate commercial terms and ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
  • Monitor market trends, commercial performance and KPIs; produce actionable analysis and recommendations to optimize sell‑through and client acquisition.
  • Develop storytelling, merchandising and client engagement concepts that reinforce brand heritage and support boutique teams.
  • Prepare executive presentations, post‑launch reporting and business cases to support strategic investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑border marketing and business development projects in the luxury sector, preferably within jewellery, watches or haute couture.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, negotiating with partners and delivering measurable business results.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a structured approach to planning, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.
  • Demonstrated experience working with agencies and external suppliers, ensuring high creative and operational standards.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present clearly to senior stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Luxury Management or related discipline; advanced degree or specialized luxury training is a plus.
