Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution and optimization of integrated media campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and product launches.
- Define media briefings and coordinate external media agencies, creative partners and internal stakeholders to deliver on-time, on-brand campaign assets.
- Manage campaign budgets, schedules and procurement processes; monitor spend and ensure efficient allocation across channels.
- Develop KPIs, measurement frameworks and post‑campaign performance analyses to inform continuous improvement and senior reporting.
- Oversee production workflows for digital, social, press and out‑of‑home executions, ensuring legal/compliance review and quality control.
- Act as media subject-matter expert for marketing and communications teams; translate strategic objectives into tactical media plans.
- Mentor and coordinate junior team members and cross-functional contributors to maintain project cadence and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading media strategy and campaign delivery for premium or luxury brands.
- Strong command of media planning, buying and measurement methodologies across digital and traditional channels.
- Demonstrable experience managing external agencies and multi-channel campaign production.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills; ability to operate cross-functionally with marketing, creative and commercial teams.
- Fluent business-level writing and presentation skills; rigorous attention to detail and brand stewardship.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in media planning, buying or campaign management, ideally within luxury, fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle brands; experience managing agencies and multi-million-euro budgets preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
