Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end conception and delivery of luxury brand events — product launches, private salons, client experiences and internal ceremonies — ensuring alignment with brand positioning and creative brief.
  • Define event strategy, objectives, KPIs and detailed project plans; manage timelines, production schedules and cross-functional milestones.
  • Own budget planning, forecasting and cost control; produce transparent financial reporting and reconcile post-event accounts.
  • Select, brief and manage external suppliers and production partners (proposals, contracts, logistics and on-site teams); negotiate commercial terms and ensure service level compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, PR, retail, client services and creative teams to integrate communications, guest lists, invitations and on-site branding.
  • Supervise on-site execution including setup, rehearsal, VIP hospitality and crisis management; ensure impeccable presentation and operational excellence.
  • Produce post-event analysis and reports with actionable insights, attendee feedback, and recommendations to optimise ROI and future programming.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety and venue requirements; manage permits, insurance and supplier certifications as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record managing high-end events with responsibility for concept through delivery in a luxury, hospitality or cultural environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects, complex budgets and tight timelines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills, with experience drafting and managing supplier contracts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident managing VIP relations and liaising with senior executives and creative teams.
  • Fluency in project documentation, reporting and event post-mortems with an analytical approach to KPIs and budgeting.

Experience

Typically requires 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in event management, preferably within the luxury goods, high jewellery, fashion or hospitality sectors, including ownership of large-scale and VIP-facing events.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in event management, communications, marketing, hospitality or a related discipline; formal training in project management is an asset.
