Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end digital projects from brief to launch, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, commercial targets and technical constraints.
- Define project scope, milestones, resource plans and budgets; coordinate internal stakeholders (marketing, CRM, retail, IT, merchandising) and external agencies.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories; prioritize backlog and manage Agile ceremonies with development teams.
- Oversee QA, UAT and production rollouts; ensure high standards of UX, performance and brand consistency across web, mobile and CRM channels.
- Monitor project KPIs, produce regular status reports for senior management and recommend optimizations to the digital roadmap.
- Manage risks and change requests, escalate issues appropriately and drive cross‑functional problem solving to meet delivery deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in digital project management for luxury, fashion or premium retail brands.
- Strong stakeholder management with experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
- Demonstrable experience delivering e‑commerce or omnichannel initiatives with rigorous QA and launch discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; ability to present to senior leadership.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in digital project management, with at least several years leading complex digital or e‑commerce projects; prior experience in the luxury or fashion sector is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, communications, information systems or equivalent; a master’s degree or formal project‑management certification is a plus.
