Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day‑to‑day physical security operations across Paris offices, ateliers and retail locations, ensuring consistent application of security protocols.
  • Manage access control, CCTV monitoring, alarm systems and perimeter protection measures in partnership with internal teams and external service providers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and site security surveys; propose and implement mitigation measures tailored to jewellery, watch and retail environments.
  • Lead incident response and investigation processes, maintain incident logs, prepare reports and liaise with law enforcement or insurers when required.
  • Develop, update and enforce security policies, emergency procedures and business continuity plans in alignment with corporate standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate security vendors, contractors and temporary guarding resources, including contract performance reviews and scheduling.
  • Deliver security briefings and training for staff and boutique teams on access control, asset protection and evacuation procedures.
  • Support internal audits and compliance activities related to safety, loss prevention and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in security management, risk management, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in corporate or retail security coordination, preferably within luxury goods, jewellery or high‑value retail environments.
  • Strong knowledge of physical security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm systems) and emergency response protocols.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites, third‑party providers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Professional integrity, discretion and the ability to handle confidential investigations and sensitive information.

Experience

Several years of progressive experience in corporate security, retail security or asset protection, with demonstrated responsibility for coordinating multi‑site security operations and incident response. Experience in luxury retail or high‑value environments is strongly preferred.

Education

Degree or professional diploma in security, risk management, engineering or a related field; equivalent professional experience accepted.
