Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day boutique operations to ensure flawless client service and adherence to brand standards.
  • Drive and exceed sales targets by coaching the sales team, deploying clienteling strategies and executing targeted outreach to high-net-worth clients.
  • Manage recruitment, scheduling, performance reviews and professional development for salon staff to maintain a motivated, service-oriented team.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock reconciliation, secure handling of high-value merchandise and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising and in-store presentation to reflect seasonal campaigns, product launches and maison aesthetics.
  • Prepare and present regular sales, stock and performance reports to regional management; contribute to local business planning and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies and after-sales processes (repairs, servicing and client communications).
  • Organise and host private client events, appointments and trunk shows in collaboration with marketing and concierge teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership capability with strong people-management and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets in luxury retail, preferably within high jewellery or watches.
  • Deep knowledge of clienteling techniques and high-net-worth client service protocols.
  • Solid understanding of inventory control and security protocols for high-value merchandise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity in a cosmopolitan market.
