Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Sales Manager in Beverly Hills to lead boutique sales, VIP client relations, and boutique operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Beverly Hills boutique sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue and KPI targets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with high‑net‑worth and VIP clients through proactive clienteling and personalised service.
  • Implement and maintain maison standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and boutique atmosphere.
  • Own day‑to‑day boutique operations including stock control, cash and register procedures, loss prevention and appointment management.
  • Coach, mentor and evaluate sales advisors; conduct training on product knowledge, selling techniques and service standards.
  • Coordinate local events, private viewings and trunk shows in collaboration with regional management and marketing.
  • Use CRM and POS systems to track sales activity, client data and follow‑up actions; prepare regular reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales with demonstrable success managing or leading a boutique team.
  • Extensive experience working with affluent and international clientele, preferably within high jewelry or haute couture.
  • Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities with experience in coaching, performance management and recruitment.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and comfort working to precise sales targets and KPIs.

Experience

Typically 5+ years in luxury retail with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within high jewelry, fine watchmaking or luxury fashion boutiques.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality, or equivalent professional experience.
