Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales expertise in the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique.
  • Engage in external events and exhibitions to enhance brand presence and facilitate sales.
  • Manage customer relationships and inventory to ensure seamless operations.
  • Aspire to roles such as store management and sales associate training and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Knowledge of jewelry sales and related expertise.
  • Background in high-hospitality industries such as hotels or airlines is advantageous.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is advantageous. Ability to provide high-quality service and attention to detail. Curiosity and proactive learning attitude.

Experience
