Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an impeccable, client‑centred experience aligned with the Maison’s standards, including personalised clienteling and after‑sales follow‑up.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets and KPIs through proactive prospecting, conversion and relationship management.
  • Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to preserve brand aesthetics and product storytelling.
  • Manage transactional duties accurately: POS operation, multi‑currency cash handling and secure documentation of sales.
  • Oversee stock integrity and inventory procedures, including receiving, tagging and secure storage of high‑value items.
  • Keep up‑to‑date product knowledge across collections and collaborate with regional teams on client events and private appointments.
  • Adhere to loss‑prevention, security and compliance protocols specific to high‑value jewellery retail.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma required; tertiary qualification in luxury retail, hospitality, fashion or business preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience in luxury retail or jewellery/watches environment (preferred: 1–3 years).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.
  • Professional presentation, discretion and ability to manage high‑net‑worth client relationships.
  • Legal right to work in Singapore.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of direct experience in luxury retail, high jewellery or watches, with demonstrable sales results and experience handling high‑value transactions.

Education

Secondary education required; diploma or degree in fashion, luxury retail, hospitality or business preferred.
