Van Cleef & Arpels is hiring a Sales Associate at the Hyundai Main Store in Seoul to deliver bespoke client service in a high‑jewellery boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long‑term relationships with local and international clientele.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active selling and clienteling.
  • Conduct product presentations and consultations for high‑jewellery, fine jewellery and watch collections.
  • Manage boutique floor standards: visual merchandising, window displays and housekeeping to brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, and ensure accurate client records and CRM updates.
  • Support inventory control, stock reception, transfers and end‑of‑day reconciliation with strict security procedures.
  • Coordinate appointments, after‑sales service and follow‑up communications to maximise client retention.
  • Participate in product and service training, sales meetings and boutique events to enhance product knowledge and sales capability.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewellery, watches or high‑end fashion.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building a client book.
  • Fluent service orientation with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Polished professional appearance and ability to represent a luxury maison with discretion.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience in luxury jewellery, watchmaking or premium fashion retail, with a proven record of building client relationships and meeting sales objectives.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or luxury goods preferred.
