Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary, high-touch client service to a discerning international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and a bespoke client book.
  • Drive boutique sales and individual KPIs through consultative selling, product storytelling and appropriate upselling techniques.
  • Manage client appointments, follow-up communications and after-sales care with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Maintain boutique standards of visual merchandising, presentation and product rotation to reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Accurately process transactions, manage refunds/exchanges and reconcile till activity in accordance with company policies.
  • Support inventory control and stock management, including receiving, tagging and secure storage of high-value items.
  • Adhere strictly to loss-prevention, compliance and internal control procedures appropriate to high-value luxury retail.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver discreet, polished client service with impeccable professional presentation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in spoken English; additional languages advantageous.
  • Demonstrable sales orientation with aptitude for consultative selling and relationship development.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Experience

1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury goods, jewellery, watches or high-end fashion; prior experience in a flagship or high-jewellery boutique is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in retail, luxury brand management, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
