Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, personalized client service and build long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to store performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate and communicate deep product knowledge across high jewellery, timepieces and collections to advise clients effectively.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and after-sales assistance in accordance with brand policies.
  • Maintain luxury visual merchandising, boutique presentation and stockroom organisation to brand standards.
  • Accurately record client interactions and sales activity in the CRM; prepare sales reports and contribute to forecasting.
  • Support product launches, private appointments and trunk shows; collaborate with the boutique team and regional management.

Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery (1+ years preferred).
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a client-focused, discreet approach to service.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value transactions.
  • Polished professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
  • Legal right to work in Macau SAR China and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience

Preferably 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery sales with demonstrable success in client acquisition, retention and meeting sales objectives.

Education

Secondary education completed; vocational training or tertiary studies in retail, hospitality, fashion or business is an advantage.
