Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate for its Selfridges boutique in London — deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to a high-net-worth and discerning clientele, building long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through active clienteling, prospecting and follow-up activities.
- Maintain authoritative product knowledge across high jewellery, timepieces and relevant collections; present pieces with technical accuracy and brand storytelling.
- Execute luxury point-of-sale transactions, after-sales documentation and accurate stock management in compliance with brand and Selfridges procedures.
- Uphold boutique presentation standards, visual merchandising and display guidelines to reflect Maison aesthetics.
- Collaborate with in-store teams and Van Cleef & Arpels field staff to coordinate client appointments, private viewings and events.
- Participate in regular product, service and compliance trainings; adapt to evolving collection launches and promotional activity.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail sales, ideally within jewellery, watches or high-end fashion boutiques.
- Demonstrable ability to develop and convert client relationships and to manage a bespoke client portfolio.
- Impeccable personal presentation, professionalism and discretion appropriate to a haute joaillerie environment.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work retail hours, including weekends, late shifts and peak seasonal periods.
- Strong numeracy for handling transactions and reconciliations; adherence to loss-prevention and compliance protocols.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within fine jewellery or prestige watchmaking. Proven history of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client interactions.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in luxury retail, hospitality or sales preferred.
