Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised service to discerning clients, guiding purchase decisions with deep product knowledge of high jewellery and watches.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM updates and follow‑up to nurture repeat business and build lifetime value.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team performance and commercial initiatives.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, display, and stock presentation in line with brand directives.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, manage cash and POS procedures, and ensure secure handling of high‑value items.
  • Support inventory control, stock movements and end‑of‑day reconciliation; collaborate with the boutique and regional teams on client orders and after‑sales service.
  • Uphold confidentiality, security protocols and brand etiquette at all times; represent the maison with polished professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in luxury retail or high‑end jewellery sales, demonstrating a client‑centric approach and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with affluent clientele.
  • Impeccable personal presentation, discretion and professionalism suitable for a haute‑joaillerie environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling merchandise, documentation and sales processes.

Experience
