Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary, personalised service to an affluent and international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, appointment management and active clienteling.
  • Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across high jewellery, couture timepieces and accessories; present pieces with narrative and provenance.
  • Manage the customer journey from discovery to after‑sales care, including fittings, servicing referrals and client follow-up.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and inventory integrity; assist with stock control and receiving.
  • Operate point-of-sale procedures, process transactions and maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM.
  • Support boutique events, trunk shows and private viewings; collaborate with the team on local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven client-facing experience in luxury retail, ideally in fine jewellery, watches or high-end fashion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-first demeanour.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
