Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to an affluent and international clientele, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, appointment management and active clienteling.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across high jewellery, couture timepieces and accessories; present pieces with narrative and provenance.
- Manage the customer journey from discovery to after‑sales care, including fittings, servicing referrals and client follow-up.
- Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and inventory integrity; assist with stock control and receiving.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures, process transactions and maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM.
- Support boutique events, trunk shows and private viewings; collaborate with the team on local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven client-facing experience in luxury retail, ideally in fine jewellery, watches or high-end fashion.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, service-first demeanour.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
2+ years of progressive, client-facing experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery sales is preferred, with demonstrable success in building client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary studies in retail, luxury brand management or a related discipline preferred but not required.
