Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Sales Associate in Bodrum — deliver bespoke client service and drive sales in a luxury high‑jewellery boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience aligned with Van Cleef & Arpels’ high-jewellery standards, including VIP appointments and private viewings.
- Proactively build and maintain a clientele through clienteling, follow-up, and bespoke after-sales service to maximise lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across high jewellery, watches and maison collections to advise clients with authority and sensitivity.
- Execute visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards to uphold the brand’s aesthetic and retail environment.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures, manage stock and assist with inventory reconciliation and receipting of incoming goods.
- Support boutique events, trunk shows and private sales, liaising with management and concierge services to ensure flawless delivery.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, cash handling and compliance protocols while safeguarding client confidentiality and data.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in luxury goods, jewellery or lifestyle brands; experience with high‑value client portfolios preferred.
- Polished professional presence with exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable aptitude for clienteling, relationship management and personalised service.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work boutique hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel locally for client appointments when required.
- High regard for discretion, confidentiality and ethical handling of high-value items.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or jewellery sales, with demonstrable experience managing client relationships and closing high-value transactions; prior work with a maison or premium boutique strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or diplomas in retail, luxury management, hospitality or related fields preferred.
