Sales Assistant — Vendôme Salon

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, high‑touch client service in the Vendôme salons, cultivating long‑term relationships with private and VIP clients.
- Manage client appointments and follow up on leads using the boutique's clienteling processes; maintain accurate client files and sales notes.
- Present, demonstrate and narrate the maison's high‑jewellery and watch collections with impeccable product knowledge and refined storytelling.
- Drive sales by identifying client needs, upselling appropriately and closing transactions while meeting individual and boutique targets.
- Process sales transactions and after‑sales requests accurately, coordinate with central services for repairs, resizing and special requests.
- Ensure boutique standards for visual merchandising, stock control and inventory reconciliation; participate in receiving and secure handling of merchandise.
- Adhere to loss‑prevention, security and handling protocols specific to high‑value jewellery; preserve client confidentiality and discretion.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and headquarters (CRM, marketing, repairs) to execute events, private viewings and client initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, high jewellery or watch boutiques is preferred.
- Impeccable personal presentation, cultural awareness and discretion with high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Proven commercial orientation with strong interpersonal skills, active listening and consultative selling capabilities.
- Numerical accuracy and reliability in transaction handling; meticulous attention to detail in stock and client records.
- Availability to work boutique hours, including evenings and weekends, and flexibility for private client appointments.

Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of direct experience in luxury retail, jewellery or watchmaking boutiques; demonstrable sales achievements are an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, luxury goods or gemmology is a plus.
