Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to local and international clients in line with the maison’s standards.
- Manage the sales process from client greeting and product presentation to closing and after‑sales care.
- Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising according to seasonal directives and window schemes.
- Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately using the point‑of‑sale system and follow cash‑handling procedures.
- Receive and control deliveries, conduct stock counts and support inventory reconciliation.
- Develop and maintain clienteling records; support CRM updates and appointment scheduling.
- Support boutique events, private appointments and product launches as required by the store calendar.
- Prepare sales reports and communicate client feedback and market intelligence to store management.
Qualifications
- Polished presentation and exemplary interpersonal skills suited to a luxury environment.
- Proven ability to exceed customer expectations and build long‑term client relationships.
- Strong numeracy, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in France for the duration of the fixed‑term contract.

Experience
Previous retail experience in a luxury or premium environment is preferred; demonstrable client service and sales track record (typically 1+ years) will be advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or luxury goods is an advantage.
