Van Cleef & Arpels — Paris: Internship for a Retail Training Assistant (France & Monaco) to support boutique learning programmes and onboarding.

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the design, preparation and delivery of retail training programmes for boutiques across France and Monaco, including product, sales and service modules.
  • Develop and update training materials and assets (presentations, manuals, assessment tools and digital content) tailored for in-store teams.
  • Coordinate logistics for face-to-face and virtual sessions: scheduling, invitations, venue/materials preparation and post-session follow-up.
  • Maintain and update the training calendar, participant lists and basic learning records; produce regular activity and impact reports for stakeholders.
  • Liaise with boutique managers, HR, L&D partners and external trainers to ensure alignment of content with commercial and brand objectives.
  • Collect and analyse learner feedback to propose iterative improvements and support onboarding for new hires and collection launches.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, Luxury Management or a related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanour and discretion when dealing with senior stakeholders.
  • Interest in luxury retail and client experience standards.

Experience

Previous internship or short-term experience in retail training, learning & development, HR or within luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated exposure to store environments or client-facing roles will be considered an asset.

Education

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme relevant to HR, L&D, business or luxury management.
