Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Organisation & Performance team in consolidating and analysing sales, traffic and KPI data across markets.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards and regular reporting packs for regional and headquarters stakeholders.
- Participate in benchmarking and store performance reviews to identify opportunities for productivity and commercial improvement.
- Contribute to process mapping and operational projects aimed at standardising retail practices across markets.
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with merchandising, retail operations and finance to ensure timely delivery of action plans.
- Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership meetings, translating data into clear recommendations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's or Grande École programme in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical aptitude with advanced spreadsheet skills and attention to numerical detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce structured presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Organised, autonomous and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
- Interest in luxury retail, merchandising and international store operations.

Experience
Internship-level role. Previous internships or project experience in retail operations, retail strategy, consulting or business analytics are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in a Master's-level programme (e.g., MSc, Grande École) in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
