Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Retail Organisation & Performance team in consolidating and analysing sales, traffic and KPI data across markets.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and regular reporting packs for regional and headquarters stakeholders.
  • Participate in benchmarking and store performance reviews to identify opportunities for productivity and commercial improvement.
  • Contribute to process mapping and operational projects aimed at standardising retail practices across markets.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with merchandising, retail operations and finance to ensure timely delivery of action plans.
  • Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership meetings, translating data into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's or Grande École programme in Business, Management, Economics, Statistics or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with advanced spreadsheet skills and attention to numerical detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce structured presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Organised, autonomous and able to manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
  • Interest in luxury retail, merchandising and international store operations.

Experience

Internship-level role. Previous internships or project experience in retail operations, retail strategy, consulting or business analytics are advantageous but not mandatory.
