Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily boutique operations: welcome clients, assist in‑store appointments and contribute to an elevated client experience.
  • Work alongside sales advisors on clienteling activities, follow up on leads and assist with VIP servicing under supervision.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and boutique presentation to maintain the brand’s aesthetic standards.
  • Help manage stock movements, process deliveries, perform inventory checks and maintain accurate store records.
  • Contribute to boutique events and product launches, including logistical preparation and on‑floor support.
  • Acquire product knowledge through training sessions and present high‑jewellery information accurately to clients.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Retail or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and a professional, polished appearance suitable for luxury retail.
  • Customer‑facing experience (internship, part‑time retail or hospitality) is preferred; interest in fine jewellery essential.
  • Availability for the full summer internship period and flexibility to work weekends and peak retail hours.
  • Quick learner with attention to detail and an aptitude for maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Experience

Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a luxury environment is preferred but not mandatory; candidates should demonstrate strong client service orientation and a genuine interest in high jewellery.

Enrolled in a university or grande école programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Luxury Management, Marketing, Retail or a related discipline.
