Role & Responsibilities
- Support boutique sales advisors in delivering discreet, highly personalised client service and clienteling activities.
- Welcome and qualify clients, manage appointment schedules and assist with in‑store consultations.
- Maintain floor readiness: visual merchandising, window presentation and boutique housekeeping to brand standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and assist with returns, packaging and invoicing.
- Assist with stock operations including receiving, tagging, inventory control and secure handling of merchandise.
- Provide administrative support: prepare client dossiers, update CRM records and produce basic sales reports.
- Participate in product training, internal meetings and boutique events, contributing to a seamless guest experience.
- Adhere to luxury retail security and confidentiality protocols when handling high-value items.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fashion, luxury management, business, hospitality or a related discipline.
- Availability to commit to the full internship period (July through January) and to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused demeanour appropriate for high‑jewellery service.
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated capacity to maintain meticulous presentation and administrative records.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential client information and high-value merchandise.
- Prior retail or luxury client-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Experience
No minimum professional experience required; previous experience in retail, hospitality or luxury client service is beneficial and will be viewed favourably.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate programme (fashion, luxury management, business, hospitality or similar).
