Retail Architecture Project Manager
Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Retail Architecture Project Manager in Paris to lead boutique fit‑outs, planning and technical delivery for the maison.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end retail architecture projects for boutique openings, renovations and refits, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets; coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including internal stakeholders, external architects, design studios and contractors.
- Prepare and review technical documentation and construction packages (drawings, specifications, schedules) and ensure compliance with local building regulations and site constraints.
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies and cost analyses; translate commercial requirements into practical design and technical solutions.
- Drive quality control on site: oversee contractors, manage punch lists, approve shop drawings and validate finishes to uphold brand standards.
- Perform post‑implementation analysis and reporting to inform future store planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
- Proven experience managing retail architecture projects, ideally within luxury retail or premium lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations and retail fit‑out processes.
- Ability to produce and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a capacity to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.

Experience
Typically 3–5 years of progressive experience delivering retail fit‑outs or architectural projects, preferably with exposure to luxury boutiques, international rollouts or store network programs.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil/Structural Engineering or a related technical field.
