Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Regional Senior Marketing Executive — High Jewellery in Hong Kong to lead regional campaigns, launches and VIP activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the regional marketing strategy for High Jewellery in Greater China and Hong Kong, aligned with global brand directives.
  • Plan and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns and capsule activations for flagship collections, ensuring premium presentation across channels.
  • Conceptualise and manage high‑touch client events, private viewings and VIP experiences in flagship boutiques and partner venues.
  • Coordinate localised digital, PR and social content with HQ teams and external agencies to maximise regional relevancy and reach.
  • Collaborate closely with retail, clienteling and CRM teams to convert marketing activity into acquisition, retention and high-value sales.
  • Manage marketing budgets, procurement of creative services, and vendor relationships while tracking spend versus ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across visual merchandising, in-store communications and all customer-facing materials.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and campaign KPIs; produce regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in luxury marketing, preferably within high jewellery, haute couture or luxury watches.
  • Strong understanding of Greater China market dynamics and client behaviour, with ability to localise global campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage external agencies and suppliers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience liaising between regional teams and HQ.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and sensitivity when managing VIP clientele and confidential projects.

Experience

Typically 6+ years in luxury marketing with at least 3 years focused on high-jewellery, watches or equivalent luxury categories; demonstrable experience executing regional campaigns and managing high-level client events in Greater China or APAC.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in luxury brand management or marketing preferred.
