Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for retail teams across the APAC region.
• Ensure alignment of training initiatives with brand standards and business objectives.
• Collaborate with regional retail managers to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
• Lead a team of trainers and oversee their professional development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail training within the luxury sector.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English and another APAC language preferred.

Experience

Extensive experience in retail training and development, preferably within the luxury industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
