Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Client Services Manager in planning and executing client projects, bespoke orders and VIP events across the region.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — boutiques, ateliers, production, supply chain and after‑sales — to ensure timely delivery and quality control of bespoke pieces.
  • Manage project timelines, track milestones and maintain detailed status reports and dashboards for regional leadership.
  • Serve as a frontline escalation point for complex client enquiries; ensure exceptional service standards and rapid resolution.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, client dossiers and project documentation to guarantee continuity of service and confidentiality.
  • Prepare presentation materials, client proposals and post‑event summaries; support commercial reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, hospitality, luxury management or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with professional presence and discretion when handling high‑net‑worth clients.
  • Excellent organisational aptitude and proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to strict timelines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort preparing materials for senior stakeholders.

Experience

Typically 3–5 years of professional experience in client services, project coordination or operations within luxury retail, high jewellery, horology or a related premium consumer sector; experience working with VIP clients and boutiques across multiple markets preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, luxury management or equivalent; professional certifications in project management are advantageous but not mandatory.
