Public Relations Intern
Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a PR Assistant Intern in Singapore (Jul–Jan) to support press relations, events and media monitoring.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily press relations activities: draft and proofread press materials, media alerts and briefing notes.
- Maintain and update regional media lists, press clippings and coverage reports; monitor local and regional media.
- Coordinate logistics for press events, appointments, previews and product loans, liaising with internal teams and external agencies.
- Assist with sample and inventory tracking for editorial requests and photo shoots.
- Prepare media kits, presentation materials and social assets in collaboration with the communications team.
- Compile regular reports on media performance and event outcomes for PR leadership.
- Respond to routine media enquiries and manage press inbox triage under supervision.
- Support ad-hoc communication projects and research on market/competitor PR activity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
- Available to work full-time for the internship period (July to January); eligibility to work in Singapore for the internship duration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional interest in luxury goods, jewellery and lifestyle media.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Internship-level role. Prior internship or part-time experience in PR, communications, editorial or events is preferred but not required; demonstrable interest in luxury brands and media relations is expected.
Education
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
