Van Cleef & Arpels seeks a Product Marketing Manager, Timepieces in New York to lead product strategy, launches and boutique enablement for the house's watch collections.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product marketing strategy and positioning for the house's timepiece collections to reinforce brand DNA and commercial objectives.
  • Lead seasonal assortment planning, price architecture and product lifecycle decisions in close coordination with design, product development and commercial teams.
  • Own go‑to‑market planning for launches: develop launch calendars, marketing briefs, promotional assets and boutique roll‑out plans.
  • Develop commercial tools and training materials to enable boutique sales teams and wholesale partners, and oversee boutiques’ merchandising implementation.
  • Partner with retail, wholesale and supply chain to translate demand forecasts into inventory and replenishment plans; monitor sell‑through and recommend corrective actions.
  • Commission and interpret market, competitive and sales performance analyses to inform assortment, pricing and promotional strategy.
  • Manage cross‑functional projects and external partners (manufacturers, ateliers, suppliers, creative agencies) to ensure on‑time, on‑brand delivery.
  • Safeguard brand integrity across all product communications and point‑of‑sale materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Luxury Brand Management or related field; advanced degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in product marketing, merchandising or commercial roles within luxury watches, high jewellery or premium fashion.
  • Proven track record of launching collections and driving commercial performance in boutique and wholesale channels.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, assortment planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills, including experience working with creative and manufacturing teams.
  • High standards of aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail consistent with luxury maison expectations.

Experience

At least 5 years of progressive experience in product marketing, merchandising or commercial roles within luxury watchmaking, high jewellery or closely related premium categories, with demonstrated success launching collections and driving boutique/wholesale performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Luxury Brand Management or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
