Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the product management team in the end-to-end development and lifecycle management of watch and high-jewellery collections.
  • Draft and maintain product specifications, technical sheets and bill-of-materials in coordination with design and workshops.
  • Assist in planning and executing seasonal launches, sample follow-up and quality control with suppliers and internal ateliers.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to inform assortment, positioning and pricing recommendations.
  • Prepare internal communication materials — launch packs, training decks and merchandising guidelines — for retail and wholesale teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (design, sourcing, production, marketing, sales) to ensure calendar and KPI alignment.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Industrial Engineering, Gemmology or Watchmaking.
  • Strong interest in luxury watchmaking and haute joaillerie with an eye for detail and product quality.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within tight launch calendars.
  • Analytical aptitude with comfort handling numerical data and basic costing exercises.
  • Professional communication skills and ease working with creative and technical teams.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; previous internships or academic projects in luxury goods, watchmaking, jewellery or product development are advantageous.

Enrolled in a tertiary programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Gemmology or Watchmaking.
